Hi Lucka, your post is very interesting! Are you considering blood donation when you are 18+?
OdpovědětVymazatEva ♡
Hi Lucka, I have to say that I was quite surprised about all of the conditions! There is a lot of them. But generally I think that everybody who can go to blood donation should go because how you said...blood is irreplaceable and important.
OdpovědětVymazatHello Lucka, interesting post. I would like to donate blood but I'm so scared of it! I hate when I'm at the doc and he's giving me an injection or a vaccine..and this is almost the same. What about you?

Sara
Hi Lucka, so I have been checking several sources on the internet concerning donating blood and immune system. Apparently donating blood for a short time can weaken your immune system but there has been nowhere written that it should have some long-term disastrous effects. There were some articles speaking about donating blood and its health benefots. Some donors claim that they feel better and one text said that maybe donors do not have so many strokes and heart attacks thanks to iron or something.
OdpovědětVymazatHi Lucka,
OdpovědětVymazatthese facts were very interesting for me! Thank you.
Are you going to donate blood in the future
? :-)
